Orders are shipped from France using tracked delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Why is pickup point delivery not available?
Simply because our parcels fit in mailboxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email allowing you to follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
What is the shipping time?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Estimated transit times are displayed during checkout whenever available.
I made a mistake on my delivery address, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the delivery address before shipment.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by local authorities. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified.
