We ship worldwide. You can find below some frequently asked questions about our shipping policy.
We ship your orders using the national French carrier: La Poste. However, we can use a variety of carriers if needed. Feel free to get in touch.
Shipping fees will be applied to your order as below :

When your order is shipped, an automatic email (object: “Your AMP order has been shipped) is sent to you. You should find a “Track my Order” button in it.
To this day, we can’t guarantee shipping time. However, we usually observe the following shipping times:

Please note that it sometimes might take longer because of various factors.
As long as you did not get the shipping confirmation email, we can still change your delivery address. Just get in touch as soon as you notice it.
If you reside outside the European Union (EU), no VAT will be charged. Upon arrival in the destination country, you will be responsible for local VAT and customs duties (if applicable).
